Pls help. My device charges very slowly and I have to switch it of b4 it'll charge. It's not connecting to a PC too.. I've been told its the charging port..must I go to carlcare to fix it or any engineer can do it?

Yeah, or u can take it to computer village... Just make sure you hold #3000 for the charging port.

When I went to repair mine, I was told the new one is #3000,but the engineer said he will check if there is something he can do about it..

After everything, it started working, and I paid him #1000..

To change it completely is #3000,i did mine at computer village, some of the part are scare, pray u see it..

I don't know him, when u get to computer village, where u see that big sign board that looks like a gate, enter it... The first upstair by your right,climb the stair case, u will see some engineers that can do the job...


If u have the mind, u can even fix it yourself after buying it... Cos the charging port is like flex, no need to solder it..
