Who is the Independent Commission that verifies and i will be on the phone to them straight away, do yourself a favor and stop making allegations without evidence.

Before you associate any person with Scam you need to have a tangible proof, in your case its purely mindless. I have tolerated your comments enough, do not associate our good reputation with scam.

Domiciliary works and the person will receive in dollars... Though I think it will take days before the receiver will be able to receive a physical dollars.

I've asked you to confirm from your bank... Bank this days are using their physical dollars for business i.e they can only give you physical dollars when you deposit physical dollars to your domiciliary account but if it's transfer, they will ask you to wait that they don't have physical dollars (cash) at hand at the moment. That's why I said you should confirm from your bank
