Hey guys. Since this 14mb update, I'm unable to change the default notification setting. When I change the sound, it doesn't change. Even when I put it on none, it still makes the sound. Noticed this just on my bbm app.

Helo ,pls i need help, my cell started doin wierld, aty times, it showed, unfortunately , app has stopped working, later , i switch on d cell, from off , and it showed on d screen infinix , for hrs, it didnt advanced to home screen, another is, i tried loading another rom, but it showed on d pc, usb device not recognised.... The only bug on dz latest update,at least that which I've seen.....is dt of notification thingy....U cnt change ur notification tone.

Bk up important files....nd b4 installing after u myt av finishd downloading,try nd unmount ur Sdcard.

hi guys,I just updated my phone to marshmallow yesterday but after the update I noticed a few challenges
1.I can't change my notification tone

2.some of my apps that left after the update like my Facebook, Instagram and others.I downloaded them again from play store but when I try to open them it force closes and says something about not responding,something of that nature tho ..

3.when I receive calls or messages it does not show the contact name tho it's in my contacts

please guys help me out ,how can I solve the problems.....

about d notification tone, transfer d song u want to use into internal storage(notification OR media-audio, then alarm or ringtone depending on what u want to use it for. that means u can only use songs in internal memory to do such things.
about d calls not displaying names, try and remove ur Google acct and then login again. it will fix it. that means d numbers only saved in Google acct will now display names. most of d numbers will now display d names but if it doesn't, delete d nos dt r not showing names and save them again for them to b saved in Google acct. surely it will work.

After upgrading to Marshmallow, my laptop no longer recognise my phone. it only charges it. I have enabled USB debugging and selected mtp but still, it only charges. Any help? it will be much appreciated. thanks

1.will it still remain on marshmallow after the flashing
2.will the flashing solve the problem of the applications force closing

if you flash it with Android one, it will take you back to lollipop. try resetting it and see if the apps will work

Just go to settings and select backup and reset, then click on "factory reset",

Change the cord or do a factory reset
