Please has anyone found a solution to this problem of the phone charging and stopping at 89%? Because I've tried everything, calibration, factory reset, rooting, everything, and it's annoying.

How can I upgrade mine to marshmallow since my phone is rooted?

pls help me my infinix hot 2 went blank after receiving music frm a frnd, I tried resetting it with volume button+power button it just display application starting, but still blank sorry not application is starting but android is starting

Most of the time my Infinix Hot 2 DOES NOT DISPLAY NOTIFICATION ON THE SCREEN from messengers e.g. messages from WhatsApp, Viber, etc. Almost all the time i have to open these applications to check if i have messages, it's just annoying. PLEASE HELP IF YOU HAVE A SOLUTION TO THIS ISSUE?

Hi Gorgton, you can try to set the app as "show notifications", ways as following: Settings—Apps—long press the app you want to show notification, click "show notifacations". Will the upgrade automatically install after removing my battery & switching on my phone back?

Yes I'm on the latest update and the 89% bug still persists. I'm trying to learn to live with it but it doesn't make my life easy.

U know its very disheartening that I have been following this thread since the page 3, helping fellow N'landers were I can till they achieve their feat..now for the past one month I av asked posted a lil problem on this thread, instead of at least a vague answer all i notice is that deaf ears and blind eyes have been the answers I got..if this is how it is.carry on.....

Never say never. A wise man never says never. You may not want it now but you never know what will happen tomorrow or what you might need.

But hey I'm sure it won't install. It needs your permission to install and if you don't give it, it won't.

Hello, I have little problem with the marshmallow sdcard concept.
I would like to set my sdcard as default storage...
That is...if take a photo it should store directly on sdcard.

Help oooooooo ....got my hot on Thursday and its just consuming mb anyhow ,as at yesterday night I had 256mb ,to my amazement wen I woke up dis morning I got a message dat I hv exhausted my sub its like d 256 just literally disappeared ........I hv fb,Instagram,watsapp and I don't really use d fb and Instagram sef..........pls help

some apps r using ur data in d bkground.....u cn download Noroot firewall on google playstore[its 1.01mb] thereby using d app to restrict access to ur data.

if you flash it with Android one, it will take you back to lollipop. try resetting it and see if the apps will work

Flash the right update, go to XDA developers hot 2 thread. You can find the March 15 update there.

For me I encountered not problems, all bugs seem to be fixed except when I end a call, my phone tend to stay in display off mode till I use the power button.

Lol,mine has bn solvd though,bt then,b4 I upgraded,wnever it gets stuck at 89%, I nw use a follow cum charger,nd it'll be fully chargd.

This 14 MB update is making my life difficult the notification issue sucks

I don't know but is gonna be expensive, if not up to 9 to 10k ask the carlcare agent for help (carlcaresophia)
