This is case involving PDP and APC has nothing to do with it.
In Anambra state there are two PDP executives. One with sympathy to Andy Ubah and the other sympathy to Chris Ubah. PDP national executive recognized the one with Andy Ubah and recognized there candidates for the 2015 election.
After the election, Chris Ubah's group when to court and the case dragged upto Supreme court. Supreme court ruled that the real state executive is the one with Chris Ubah but also that the judgement is only in relation to state executives and not candidates to election.
But I blame the OP for not given the history of what they fighting for.

The letter written by apc in kogi and rivers states he Neva get ime to read dem so NA your own letter he wan read ok just sidon dey dia NA for that position u go wish up. When una presi dey tink of where he wan go again to relax and cool off.

Stop spreading lies in the BOLDED. The fact is that Supreme Court affirmed the judgement of Justice Chukwu, of Abuja FHC, which held that ONLY Oguebego group can select the candidates of Chris Uba, Okonkwo, Emeka and other HOR members sponsored by Oguebego group. Period.

The Oguebego Faction INEC recognized primary produced Senators-Elects, Chris Uba, Okonkwo, Emeka and other HOR members, who have established that INEC consortium lawyers collected 5 million dollars BRIBE from Andy Uba group and some of that money probably entered YaKubu's pockets that is why he is dragging his foot in implementing a clear Sup. CT affirmation of Justice Chukwu's judgement. So stop lying to the public. Anuofia.
