Buhari has become the judge, jury and security agencies. It baffles me when these media assistants spill trash without thinking.

A court is a court. You don't select which order to obey. If he has been released and you feel disgruntled by the judgement, go to the court of appeal.

This dictatorial tendency in light of flagrant resentment for the rule of law is what irks me. Its only a matter of time.

Buhari, you will relinquish power in due time and lets hope it's not to the opposition otherwise, you'll spend your last days appealing judgements.

Hypocrite of a president!

Garba Shehu is not fooling anybody. Initially, all the judges granted Dasuki bail, but the FG refused to release him home. The judges then read Buhari's body language and subsequent attempts at bail were denied.
The judges are also human beings. They have houses, have children and watch news daily. They have seen Buhari's anger at those granting bail for Dasuki or Kanu. What do you want them to do? Of course, they will fall in line and start denying bail even if all conditions are met

Fair enough.

Here is a man who claimed to be sick and needed urgent medical attention about five months ago. Since his arrest and no Medical attention, why has he not died in custody?

Had the govt allowed him travel, he will surely NEVER step his feet on Nigerian soil till after Buhari's presidency. He will even try to bring down the govt from outside with stolen billions of dollars in his possession.

Kudos to PMB on fight against corruption.
sadly some ediots will find fault in pmp administration.i just hate Igbos and some elements in the ss.

Whatever it is, I am in full support. Kudos to the Judiciary, kudos to PMB.

When Buhari leaves, he should also suffer the same fate if there are evidences against him.

Re: Why Dasuki Will Remain In Detention – Presidency by Saintp(m): 5:29pm On Mar 29, 2016
I care less about Dasuki. whether it is witchunt, wizard hunt, vendetta etc, he is a thief and yes i know the courts have not found him guilty but we all know he is a thief. If he goes down, it is a win win for Nigeria at least the number of thieves is reduced by one.

But PMB should be careful. If the courts grants him bail, then so be it. PMB is introducing a dangerous tactics into the system. Tomorrow another govt will come in and use this tactics against thier enemies. For example, if i am president and i want to keep my enemy in detention for as long as i want, i will simply draw up 1000 charges against him and take him to court one by one. If the court strikes out the first charge, I'll bring another charge the following day and if they strike it again, I'll keep bringing another one. With this, i will keep him in custody as long as i want and i can keep saying i am not disobeying court orders.

We must strengthen our institutions else it will be abused. Yes, Dasuki is a thief and i do not have any sympathy for him but it could be an innocent man tomorrow and the govt of the day Will refer to this case.
