someone should please tell me what to do to my strong decoder 4922A is displaying insufficient Tp memory whenever I try to blind scan it .thanks

It looks like you does a lot of blind scanning and this have generated a lot of transponders, try and delete some transponders on your receiver to free up the memory on your receiver.
