who can help..why does my galaxy note 4 go off wen it slightly hits somewhere..also phone is hot cos of long usage.
any solution to this problem.

Is ur phone rooted and are u using custom ROM. Phones get warm during intensive usage especially while downloading or playing graphics intensive games or while running multiple apps. But the galaxy note 4 does not have heating issues provided u haven't rooted it or install custom ROM or over clock it .

Ur battery is/might be the issue. Try using anoda person battery inside. Is ur battery follow-come? Abi u buy roadside battery?

just go check the battery of the phone

am also using note4 abeg somebody help me the phone is refusing to save applications on my mb card thereby making the phone slow.... any solution

Samsung batteries tho, just too poor.
