Has anyone recently noticed the quick depletion of Glo data?
My 'So Special' N2500 for 4.5GB plan only lasted for 10 days without heavy usage.

That is sooooo true. Called their Customer Care, as usual, those girls know nothing concerning technical issues. It's so annoying.

My 1.5gb glo data "vanished" within 24 hours...now I know why they named their modem 'glo bolt': the data dey run pass Usain Bolt. Its time to patronize airtel.

Mehn...so true. Had to format my fone sef, I tot there were alot of mischievous app, eating my data...Glo don turn Airtel..smh

I thought I was the only one. The 4.5GB lasted for 6 days. It was very annoying. Called customer care and they couldn't explain it

The hsi portal is unreliable , use the normal short code to check ur balance. See the difference btw the two on the same account

We have to do something about this! I emailed their 3G support on 3gsupport@gloworld.com and they denied knowing anything about it.

I lost data too,this is getting serious. what do these telecom guys take us for?

Their service has really worsened, will have to switch my data to Etisalat or Airtel.

Those thinking of switching to airtel should not try it o! Their case is worse.

I subscribed 4.5gb for 2500 and the whole thing vanished before I even used up to 3gb.

look the way we all nairalanders have carried each other along for years it has reached a stage where we can all plan up against this so called telecom companies and give one of them a break,I mean let's all agree that we are leaving one network alone till they receive sense and I bet you they will chill I van guarantee that!!!

now if anyone agrees we should leave Airtel and Glo alone for one month click like but if you agree its Etisalat and MTN click share,
let's fight for our right people!!

Well I wasn't charged normal. Infact I checked my data counter app in my android phone and it said I had used only two point something gig. But airtel sent me a text saying I had exhausted 4.5gb.
This thing has happened twice.

Honestly. I dunno what kind of phone that guy uses that they charge him normal.

Finished 3Gb under a week twice using GLO, that's when I knew I had to change SIM. Glo data didn't use to run out this fast.

I on my end is using glo bis which is charged at 1400 for 3gig. The way the thing take finish ehh even my father come they wonder. It didn't last up to 9 days when they started cutting me warning. and for the record I didn't stream videos that much
