A man who had been having a great time helping himself to drinks from a supermarket, was finally apprehended

According to Twitter user @Viqueta, a man had been shoplifting bottles of wine from Grand Square, a recently opened supermarket in Ikeja.

According to Twitter user @Viqueta, a man had been shoplifting bottles of wine from Grand Square, a recently opened supermarket in Ikeja.



Luck however ran out on him when he was caught on March 30, with two bottles of rather expensive wine, valued at almost N300,000. He was alleged to have hid them underneath his clothes, hoping to walk past the checkout counters without paying for them.


He has since been handed over to the police, to prevent jungle justice.
