I have been using the HiOS on the BOOm J8 which was launched last week.

I decided that users of the same OS come together to discuss the OS, Share ideas and rub minds on what is going on with the Android UI owned by TECNO.

For me, I have not discovered any issues since usage, Have you?

I heard this too. But it is being fixed. It's happening with its those on HIOS Version 1.0.0

Also heard there's very noticeable lag when you swipe down to use the drop down menu. Asides that, there's been complaints of contacts not existing even after been saved. Also, the inability to edit addresses in the address bar of the built-in browser is frustrating to some.

I heard a complaints, the screen is very sensitive to break when you do too much game.
