I came across a job advert that read thus:
An enterprising and smart individual is needed to join our.......fast forward to requirements;
Must be resident in Ajah axis of Lagos.
A lady is preferred for this position.
Graduates of University of Ife are encouraged to apply.
Must be between 25 and 26 years old by next birthday.
Completed the mandatory one year NYSC between 2013 and 2014.
0-1 year experience in as a teacher in a private secondary school ...............
So my point is, why not just put a call through to this favoured girl and save yourself and job seekers the stress. Maybe I sound funny but I don't mean to. Share your thought

Actually, labour laws require that employers advertise all vacancies, even if they're gona do internal recruitment. Some can evn go as far as wasting resources, conducting interviews with other candidates (wasting their time) just to fulfill all righteousness. At the end of the day, theyd still pick who they want.

Alot of companies do this actually.
Its in cases like this ud see tht d recruiter asks other applicants off-point questions to throw them off balance or just behave rudely n pick faults.
