When you are running for a strong political office you have to declare your assets which Saraki did in 2003 and he was the Governor of Kwara State till 2011. Fast forward to 2015 where he contest for Senate President and won, He need to declare his assets again and that's where the wahala start.... This is how it begins.. Let assume he declare that he has 2 house, 4 cars and 20million in 2003 and in 2015 he decalred more than 20 houses, about 40cars and over 100billion naira and they ask how he got those house and he said he already have them before he became Governor and those properties was not in his previous declaration won't he be tried? That's the case of Saraki.. You think Tinubu that did not want to contest for any political post again is a fool? no baba is wise and know the consequence..

Indeed, some Nigerians constitute a major part of the problem.

Indeed, the good people of Nigeria don't need him to voluntarily resign since it isn't in their (looters) code of conduct to do such. Doing so will only give some unnamed, shameless town criers an opportunity to martyrize ABS just as they did to an unwanted ex-president who "relinquished" power to the people last year.

Once ABS is declared guilty as charged, he automatically loses that toga of Nigerian SP and even that of a serving senator. It can never be proven that he can administer the senate from prison cos we aren't in Yar'adua's or GEJ's dispensation.

I think most of your questions can be answered by the fact that during all those years you referred to, there was really no decisive step to clamp down on all appearances of corruption in all its entireties.
