Maybe he should also advocate for the legalization of kidnappers so that they could also pay taxes from ransom they get ..... And also legalized prostitution and armed-robbery....... He should go on and present the bill to the senate! Shameless!!!

Is there anything wrong with legalizing and making sure they operate according to standard. Please commend objective and brilliant ideas when you see one.

Ofcos it's common sense what he said. Have you ever been to Ogoni or Bayelsa where Bunkering is rife, then you will understand what he's saying.

Legalise them, give them licenses, tax them; then any one who fails to go the legal way is considered an outlaw and made to face the consequences. You need to see how these guys cook diesel and kerosene there, it will amaze you
