Well for starters I think the phone is basically a music phone, that's it and the BOOM headset is the selling point. OK maybe we can add the HiOS which I think doesn't have a "wow" factor coz other high end android phones like Samsung, HTC and Huawei have their customised OS, to add some spice to the Pre installed Android OS.

I'm quite disappointed that so much resources was spent on marketing a phone that still has basic spec of 2GB RAM, 16GB internal memory and 1.3GHz processor, in my personal opinion it's below par for a brand's best phone in 2016.

And for God's sake TECHNO can b more inventive than this, from a distance the phone looks like an iPhone 6S,

I was expecting nothing less than 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory.

Anyway the price is fair for 41k, as per a new phone. That's the only positive side I c to it

Anyway hope the imei can be easly change for globis of 3GB for 1k and etisalat bis of 3GB and hope it will handle psiphon cause I can't do without my unlimited free browsing which I'm currently using on my y4 at least 35k should be a good price for this phone it looks kinda lovely though will save up for it tired of streaming mobdro and showbox on small screen and watching live tv on alluc.ee is a war on my y4 this is just what I need loving the earphone

Op I got this techno boom j8 yesterday oo, the price was N41000 but I was amazed with the kinda speaker n headset that came with it.... it's was kinda huge caz the box re to big... and tho I like everything bout the phone including camera.... the problem is "i'm an iphone n blackberry fan" I hope techno ain't tryin to steal my feelin for those 2 brand...

Btw battery fuqqin last than I expected... already got 30 app downloaded on it, including avast full mobile app, drop box and pretty much of other fantasy games. I think ppl should go for j8.

Got the J8 yesterday for N41000, battery life was longer than I expected, and it self deactivate those apps that consume battery, plus lotta other features, as per my review pretty much better than iPhone 6 caz of the camera...

Tho i'm sure the price gon come down sooner maybe in 2month.

What's different about this fone, infinix hot 123 is the same with this one, these chinko guys make same phone with same specs they only change the names and model number.

But some dullards won't just get it they will shelf out 40k for a phone with a shelf life of 6 months. Tufia.
