Good morning my dear Nairalanders,
I woke up this morning and i was shocked with what my house help did. My house girl used to resume work by 7.00am and close by 6pm.
This morning, my wife opened the gate for her, but after few minutes, my wife discovered a bird under the flower in my compound, she hurriedly came to call me to rescue a trap bird. But to my surprise, the bird was tied to the flower root with a white cloth, i became suspicious that this bird was not trapped but was intentionally tied by someone.

My wife then called the house girl (Glory) she came out smiling and said "i tied the bird". i was shocked and asked why? the girl said the bird was flying and landed on her head and she run after the bird catch the bird and tie.

My people could this be true? i don't believe her so i her asked her to untie the bird. Behold GUYS, IMMEDIATELY SHE TOUCHED THE BIRD, THE POOR BIRD GAVE UP THE GHOST .

MY DECISION:
I quickly calculated her salary for the fews days worked for the month of April paid her and asked her to leave. I did this because she used to be left at home with the children but i don't want to take chances. She could be wicked to the children if she can do that to a bird. AM I RIGHT PLS

Knowing her background will go a long way to tell you some things about her life, character, personality, family et al.

Coming to the issue of the bird, it might be that it happened just the way she said. You need not fear. Just pray for your family! If you decide not to keep her any longer, I hve no issues with that. Just ensure you do all can to keep you and your family safe.

As much as I don't put too much belief in fetish things, I believe u took the right step. So many things don't add up in her explanation. How did she manage to catch a flying bird all by her self? Why did she use a white cloth to tie it? Why did she bring it to ur house? Why didn't she notify anyone of d bird? How did the bird die mysteriously?

My verdict? That girl is evil. She could possibly ask one of ur children to swallow it

,am sorry I had to laf first,maybe the bird was near dead already,and possibly it had been wounded or sick cuz for her to have easily caught it dat way tho.unless say na karashika she be.

When I was younger, I used to catch birds and tied them so that they can fly at a low altitude. I did not see anything harmful in what she did but if you are not comfortable with her, let her go.

I support u. you did the best thing. that girl no be small thing. even her lie on hour she catch d bird no work. and must she tie the bird with a white clothe. white red or black clothes are always used for a reason.

Using a white cloth to tie the bird means nothing, what if she used red or black piece of cloth? I think the bird has suffered a lot of pain due to the rope she used to tie it, thus, the bird gave up. I don't think it is necessary to notify Oga that she caught a harmless bird.

Seriously i don't feel guilty because i gave same girl some money to treat herself after discovering she aborted pregnancy like a week when she started working with us. she was bleeding using pad everyday before my wife discovered. i asked her to treat herself and and she was off duty for like 2weeks before she came back to work. i used to give her money for transport and my wife also gives her food. but am not comfortable anymore.

OLX ke? GOD forbid, i know her house self and her family. i am not just comfortable with what i saw. She is the type that hardly talks always moody and never take corrections. i have always take my eyes away and scold my wife to let her be but this one my risk appetite does not take it.

My brother so many evil things happen nowadays i pray and try as much as possible to avoid troubles. I paid her to go because my wife was like she cant bear this and also i cant risk anything with my Children because they are my life. let everybody go in peace. No Police, No bad news about my family on social media. I think am ok
