My fellow Nigerians, is it possible for pension to be increased (from #291,474 to #1,239,493.94) for an inactive or a retired public service person? Cos from my calculation the increment is 600%.

Saraki knows that he's been indicted by overwhelming evidence of his larceny against the kwara people. This was why he did all that he could to thwart the trial.

But there is no serious evidence that the Kwara people are complaining! It baffles me. Are they intimidated by Saraki's 'Army of Lawyers'? Or has 'wara' done a great damage to their 'sense of anger'?

This is how those who were duped and humiliated by Abba Moro could not even mobilize themselves to court to at least shout Shame! Shame! on the wicked ex- interior minister.

May God give Nigeria once again people like General Murtala Muhammed, Gani Fawehinmi, Fela Anikulapo Kuti. Ameen.

It's funny when people argue that saraki is being vilified for daring the powers that be in APC, So should he escape justice for fraud on the basis that "he's not the only one stealing government funds". That means if a robber is caught he should be set free after all he's not the only robber out there so why should we punish only him.

It shows how sentimental and gullible some people are and why we are were we are today. Also why we will continue to have phoney leaders.

Do you realise that once someone has been "sentenced" all "appeals" will be heard & "decided" while the person still remains in custody??

Are you even aware that she hinged her bail application on ill health, which is not sufficient grounds to grant bail to a suspect let alone a convict!!!

I'm no lawyer but i've read enough legal thrillers & followed closely countless cases to know a bit more than everyday jane, so please don't turn this to "body part measuring" contest!

my dear dnt be emotional or antagonistic about it. Ill-health if proven and convincing to a court is even a very good ground for bail considerations.it all depends on how u convince de courts. Court decisions largely depend on de ability of a lawyer to make de court see reasons and to some extent one's public standing, influence and popularity can help him as I can see in this case but the courts are still acting within the ambits of de law. I dnt kno who de lady is as I dnt pay attention to all those shallow movies but I perceive dt people dnt like her coduct much especialy de way she acted after de accident bt she is still entitled to some special legal procedural priviledges within the ambits of de law. The courts have not erred here.

Let me tell u, kwarans are not fools likewise d senators. Bukola saraki is highly ambitious, so he can use anything to achieve his aiming goals. Apc (Tinubu) underrated him, thinking Saraki was a baby politician. That was why they accepted him into the party. They shouldn't have accepted him in d first place but he used money to blindfolded d apc members not knowing dat Bukola Saraki was aiming for presidency. Kwarans are happy because of what is happening to him now but they still believe Bukola Saraki, with his power and money, he can turn d judgement to his favour. Until after tribunal pass judgment against him before I know he is defeated.
He should be stopped now or else you he will be un defeatable in 2019.
