Go and read your king James Version which is the original bible translation. Which Version are you reading?

Didn't your bible also warn you about corruption and impunity. Please, have you heard about stealing? Is it in your bible? What is the punishment for stealing? Is it regarded as sin? You are encourage to change from evil to good, that is what the bible tells us.

Rebelling is still CHANGE. People rebel, terrorize their fellows, promote inciteful statements when they want CHANGE. Change in this context simply means doing everything possible to bring down a king (sitting president), either by violence or propaganda.
