Airforce can never win wars. Air power is only used to hit clear an area and other targets. When that is done, the enemies will still come back and occupy.

Do u think the war in Iraq and Libya was won without Airpower. As a matter of fact, Airpower played the major role

In addition to your comment as the airforce scatters their camps, land forces may move in to clear them out if they are still remaining.
The choice of whom to use in either airforce, navy or airforce to fight a war will depend on the enemies & its weapons and the terrain.
