It rained heavily in Ibadan today. The seven up road was flooded with water. I understand a particular company around that area to be precise Procter and gamble rebuilt their fence and in the process blocked the drainage. This they did before the rains. Now the rains are here this is the result.

The people of that area should petition the necessary authority nw, it's dangerous that way for the street to be so flooded.

thats nt always the fault...there is a small river in that area.....it is jst like a big river entering a small river....government should widen the river

How much bottles of lacasera could they be drinking in just one Street to warrant such manner of flood! Moreover the op made reference to Procter and gable blocking the drainage of the street while erecting their fence. I don't know but I doubt plastic bottles are responsible for this.

And the thing with us Nigerians is that nobody will take the bold steps of lodging a complaint to the authorities or sensitising the neighbourhood on this. Mr A expects Mr B to start it, Mr B expects Mr C to take control

It was really a heavy rain.
