DPR staffs live and buy fuel in nigeria so they anything you want to tell them, some of them have filling stations too and why expect to buy fuel at 86.50 when they aren't a major marketer.

930am called DPR and the lady on the phone advised me to pay the 150, that there was nothing they could do on sunday.
