Yesterday, 9th April 2016, Vice President Yemi Osinbajo conveyed the sympathy of President Muhammadu Buhari to victims of the fire incident at the Abubakar Rimi market, Kano. This government draws their strength and power from the people and it is very refreshing to see VP Osinbajo go out to see the people. That way, the mutual trust remains. Again, this shows that despite the current challenges, the people are optimistic and have confidence in Buhari and Osinbajo. And they will not be disappointed.

On the other hand, A Facebook user debunked the lies circulating the media recently with a video evidence
He captioned the video as "Ku kalla da idonku Don ku tabbatar da cewa Sharri da Karya akayiwa kanawa ... Wai kanawa sun Jefi Osibanjo saboda Sharri..... Asha kallo lafiya"

Meaning "See for yourself to confirm it, habitual liars claimed that kano people stoned, booed and protests against VP Osinbajo."
