When I was admitted for my procedure, I saw hw they took care of a premmie twin babies at 7mnths plus, I was so impressed abt their 24/7 care for the babies. So far av had no regrets with them.

Lol no be only wheat, get one plate of pounded yam join am with isiewu. You funny sha. we're talking how it will be easy to have sexy birth, you want to eat what will make baby tanda for there. Abeg take it easy with carbohydrates when you are 7months plus because that's when baby adds weight. rather go for vegetable and fruits more.
Back to issue at hand, it's either you cook the ewedu without putting any ingredient and drink it like that or you only wash the ewedu with the stick and root -tell the seller not to cut of its root- put enough water and cook all together then drink it. Baby dust your way

I was checked at 2pm in 7cm when I was in pain and thought in 2/3hrs I'd give birth rather gave birth at 12:35am the next day. I wish her easy and quick delivery. Tell her to continue praying for her family even in such pain. We shall hear good news about her
