My own line of argument is INEC ought to be proactive in discharging their duties, I understand some machineries are not within their control but being proactive will help them to avoid lots of issues as inconclusiveness of election almost every now and then.

If u ar recruited as an adhoc inec personnel and hoodlums come around wit guns and other dangerous weapon,u ar asked to either leave d ballot papers for them or loose ur life,pls be honest to urself wat will u do here?
Election cancellation nowadays is always as a result of violence,snatching of bb etc. What will inec official count for d unit where its bb has bin snatched? Wat suggestion will u give to inec in such situation? And weneva d diff btw d leading candidate and d 1st runner up is lesser than d cancelled vote,the next thing will be rerun in such units/wards where election was cancelled. Inec has been declaring did type of election b4 but wen supreme court now says otherwise,wat will inec do?
I think inec is not responsible for inconclusiveness of election but politicians.

But u said tribunal annulment is better than an inconclusive election in ur earlier statement.
For the first place, there shouldn't be room for inconclusive elections, if this current INEC and buhari led administration know what they are doing.

swthrt, u know there was more ballot snatching during previous INEC and govt, yet dia was no cases of inconclusive election has we have it in this current dispensation.
it clearly showed that the people handling positions such as inec n seat of power are incompetent.

How come we are reruning over 50 elections if the last administration was so competent

when u appoint people who don't know what they are doing, the result will always be great damage to both economic n human resources.

My dear INEC work in collaboration with other security agencies. I can assure u that from the experiences we've had from most recent elections, if INEC is proactive enough we won't record any issue of ballot box snatching because they will have made enough provision for adequate security which will prevent issue of snatching after all we are talking of just 6 LGs
