I wonder why people keep blaming INEC for inconclusive elections! What do you expect from INEC when desperate politicians are busy using violence to win elections at all cost; declare rigged results?
You either blame the desperate politicians, the security agents or u just keep quiet and allow INEC come up with the most acceptable results by all.
