I took a look at the website. That is Not world Visa Index, That is U.S.A's visa index. That is one country's perspective of who they want in their country. I don't know why when the US/EU are involved in things that do not concern anybody else the call it "World". War between European countries "World" War I, war between european countries again "World" War II, U.S.A dollar crashes "Global" Financial Crisis, U.S.A annoys Iraq and Iran "International" Threat, U.S.A military base in Nigeria AFRICOM "Regional" Peace.
