Goodevening house, hope we all had a great day? Pls there's an issue bothering my mind. We were operating our business in a popular mall,in which we had an agreement to be sharing all monies made at the end of business day in 50/50 formula. We were running the business there for about 5 years, just last week the manager told me that they enjoyed our business relationship with them over the years that they want to embark on some restructuring in other words they will have to terminate our contract with them. We have vacated the place only for us to find out that the mall has started doing what we were doing, which was our brain child. Is it possible to take any legal action against them?

yes, but you need to get a really good lawyer,

and change the topic name to something else.
