Not everyone building muscles want to become bodyguard/bouncer. Though there is so much pain, dedication, and hard work involved - it is fun and can become an addiction.

Also, once you have the body as a guy, looking sexy and attractive becomes cheaper. You can wear the cheapest t-shirt ever and a lot of chics would be on it.

You can also start today cos it is never too late. But don't use roids - keep it natural. It takes time but you're African and you should be able to build nice muscle mass at a faster rate cos our kidney secretes more creatine than other folks. And you'd better for it on the long run than roid users. Get to work and get the chics lol.

In the gym I train we call these guys chicken legs. Only working the upper body, I can bet you his legs are massively underdeveloped when compared to the rest of his body, hence he always wears jogging pants and never exposes them.
