Hello Nairalanders! For the past 2weeks I have been finding it very difficult to connect with the Internet on glo network. The network is always fluctuating!

I subscribed to glo Comonth plan @N1,400 monthly. (Using it on my Q10) but I am not enjoying it all. Seems I wasted the money!

Please which network is the best for now and what plan can I subscribe for on other networks!?

Of what use is Glo BIS 3Gb @N1400, 1.5Gb @ N1000 when u can't just enjoy it for just 10hours??
*Could it be that they do not have a feedback system that monitors and report to them whenever a particular section of their network is down?
*Is it that they do not have technicians/engineers to attend go their systems when down?
*Could it be that they give big Gigabytes and free call credit to people knowing fully well they they won't enjoy it and will come back to them unused?
*Could it be that the fund they are supposed to use in making better their network is what they are using to pay Brand Ambassadors to lure unsuspecting customers to their non-functional network?
Glo Data plan is the greatest disaster one can ever think when it comes to internet services.
In case you're thinking you should go take advantage of the big Gigabytes they dishing out,you better look for better alternative, because u may end up swearing for them for collecting ur money without giving u the service you paid for.

I came to Aba couple of days ago then i decided to subscribe to glo internet service[truth is their service is second to none in port harcourt]. Oboyi!
I wan cry but tears no gree commot.
Imagine having data connection average of 20 minutes in an hour?
Internet access won't be available for 40 minutes in an hour.
The most annoying part is that the 20 minutes available for internet access would be shared between 2g and 3g constantly, thereby disrupting the usage. I removed the SIM card the following day jejely. I no fit die because i wan use glo network browse.

Aba North is the worst.

For the past 3 weeks now, Glo network has been bad in Agbor, I was in Asaba last week and I called their customer care, I was told that nobody has reported such issue (how can they complain when there is no network)
