Not everyone building muscles want to become bodyguard/bouncer. Though there is so much pain, dedication, and hard work involved - it is fun and can become an addiction.

Also, once you have the body as a guy, looking sexy and attractive becomes cheaper. You can wear the cheapest t-shirt ever and a lot of chics would be on it.

You can also start today cos it is never too late. But don't use roids - keep it natural. It takes time but you're African and you should be able to build nice muscle mass at a faster rate cos our kidney secretes more creatine than other folks. You build muscles based on overload, pressure, amount of reps, and diet. And it isn't something that happens suddenly, it takes time. If you look massive and what you can lift is baby weight...then it's obvious you juiced up. It isn't rocket science.

This is just reminiscent of some naij guy I know that went from skinny, to looking massive, with huge triceps, within 4 months. We just clown the guy all the time cos there's no way in hell ya triceps can get that huge within that period. And this guy can barely lift anything on free weights - and he spends most of his time on bars, rings/strings, and other machine assisted gym equipment.

Not just chics...it helps with diet, strength, conditioning, blood flow, and a healthy lifestyle. It's a great lifestyle. Personally, with me, it keeps me balanced and level headed. And I'd rather expend my excessive testosterone on it than elsewhere.
