It's annual competition and out of 11,000 contestants, he's now among the 11 short-listed for the last draw. I think the info was posted on Nairaland then.

To be honest, I don't like voting for ghost contestants. I noticed your guy does not have his photo there. Please encourage him to do so. It would be nice for people to know who they are voting for.
