I don't understand what you are trying to say but if it's about diversifying economy some things have to be in place in other to attract local and foreign investors. Sectors like power, transportation, security etc. Without this basic things we can't get much and that is why concentration is on these areas.

I believe this would reduce the exchange rate of the dollar to the naira....

Is that how to solve this problem? China's economy is even bigger than the US and I am sure soon, Naira will climb to 300N or even more per Yuan.

What I expect PMB to do is to embark on a policy that will make all govt agencies to buy locally made goods rather reverse is the case.
