Hello everyone!
I have been a silent reader of this thread for almost a year and I must say that I have learned so much from this group.
I really appreciate all the mamas who tirelessly encourage and help me. God bless you all abundantly!
I have been taking acv and bsm for about 2 weeks now. Im trying to get rid of fibriod though my gynea says it small and can't prevent conception.
Please can I take serrapeptase at the same time? And also do guifei bao and castor oil packs?
I did hsg last year Aug. The result showed bilateral blockage. Did hydrotubation in sept. My gynea says my tubes are open but did not ask me to repeat the hsg.
Sorry if my post is long. Please help me out.

What if you kindly go back and ask whether you can repeat pls?

if paracetamol doesn't work, you can do the garlic and ginger therapy.
Simply grind a reasonable size of ginger and few cloves of garlic in warm water, sieve and drink like tea, trust me it works. One mama here recommended it as a substitute for felvin and all anti-inflammatory drugs for menstrual pain sometime ago,I doubted it was going to work for me cos the pain I feel during AF is out of this world, surprisingly it worked. So give it a try dear.

Good morning Mummies and Daddies

Since this journey, I'm always singing in my sleep. Ok today's song is

He has promised He will never fail me
I will follow, I will follow Him,
He has promised, He will never fail me
His faithfulness, Is forevermore
His Faithfulness, is forevermore.

Lord, we are thankful for a new day. We ask that you have mercy upon us in anyway we have wronged you, presently or in the past. May our sins not be hindrance to our blesses. We have confidence that sooner than we thought, our miracle babies will surround our homes. You will give us double for our troubles. For all of us suffering from infections, May this be our last treatment. For us that because of finance, we can't take any step, bless our pockets even when we know the money will not be lavished on drugs and treatment but for the betterment of our homes. May this menses we just witnessed be the last until 9 months when we have our babies. May our babies be born healthy without complications. Thank you Father because we know you have answered us all. In Jesus name we have prayed, Amen

I've told hubby that I don't want to attend the wedding cos of this ttc, though he understands but he is worried his people will ask why I am not there. May God show us mercy and open our wombs in Jesus name.

It will be for us a great testimony soon. Amen

I experienced this for more than a year. Go to the hospital and do comprehensive swab test and scan to check for infection. If it's infection, treat with your hubby and afterwards you can detox ur body using herbal drink. I pray you come back with testimony.

sis I will advise you wait like a week after your supposed Af, do a blood pt before embarking on any infection test/treatment. It's better to be safe than be sorry.

@Mama Fvine, Fosterkid & Sanrima pls how many miligrams of vit B6 are you guys taking? 50mg or 100mg. And did you have to add the recommended vit B12 to it to help it's absorption?
Been using 50mg after ovulation, but didn't see 50mg again to buy when I went back lastyear. So I got solgar 100mg capsule brand then which I've tossed aside for fear it's much, only relying on the little 10mg from pregnacare.

Again, which is the right time to take vit B6?
Is it all tru the cycle, or beginning of cycle & stop just before OV or is it to be taken after OV?
Pls this is just to set records straight cos we've had these 3 varied opinions here & it's just becoming contradictory.
Thanks in Advance.
My Dear with the recent discussions on Vit B6, I decided to ask my Dr yester night to interpret my prescription for me again. once he responds, I'll share here. But meanwhile, I've decided to post my prescription sheet for any medical personnel in the house to help us interpret, hopefully the ban hammer doesn't land on me for this. On the drug itself, what I have is 50mg 2tablets, 2x daily. This means 200mg per day, the recommended highest safe level which one shouldn't exceed. But bear in mind that I have PCOS, will be on Ovulation induction drugs and the Vit B6 is being used as a Progesterone Support and not just to lengthen my luteal phase.

My conclusion is that Vit B6 is used in different doses for different things. 50mg - 60mg daily have been known to work very well in lengthening Luteal Phase especially for women who have a luteal phase defect whereas a higher dose could be used for progesterone support instead using Progesterone drugs itself like the Progesterone Injections, Suppositories etc mostly used during Artificial Reproduction Techniques like IUI, IVF and also for progesterone supplementation in early pregnancy and first trimester for pregnant women who have low progesterone. Vit B6 is safe all through the cycle and is also known to help improve Cervical Mucus Production and quality which I think might have also been another reason I got it to help counteract the Clomid effect. Vit B6 is als a stress reliever and helps with PMS.

@ fvine, thanks for the post, actually am using the b6 as a stress relief, to lengthen luteal phase and may also need it to boost progesterone levels overtime. Considering ovulation induction or iui in May.

As for your results, I can see Ovamit ( it's a brand of clomiphene citrate) to be taken for 5days
Dexa to be taken twice for 7 days (14)
B6 to be taken twice daily for 7days (14)
M2tone to be taken twice daily ( 2 tablets each time giving 4 tablets in a day) for 5 days

Thanks so much for this. But I must say its kinda confusing for me now. I got the drugs from a Pharmacy outside my hospital and the interpretation they gave me written on the drugs is as follows:

Ovamit (same as Clomid, a brand of Clomiphene) : Dr told me Starting from CD2 for 5days. The pharmacy wrote 2 tablets, 2x daily. The tablets are 50mg each meaning a total of 200mg daily Wowza! I only just looked closely at the drugs and realised this. It's way too high for a starter and my Dr has always told me that is always best to start out small. He blatantly refused to prescribe me injectibles as I wanted. He said that we have to take it gradually to get there and that's if oral drugs fail.

Dexa: The Pharmacy wrote 2 tablets, 2x daily for 14days

Vit B6: 2tablets, 2x daily. Duration not specified

M2Tone: 1 tablet, 2x daily. I was given 2packets which totals 40tablets. Meaning the tablets are to last for 20days.

Thank God say I never begin take the drugs, I'll ask my Dr to clarify before I get my AF. Can other Mamas pls weigh in on this. You can show the prescription to your pharmacist let's see their interpretation. I'll post whatever my Dr says later. This is interesting.

I saw your post & smiled cause you're not alone. I suffered painful menstruation for years with heavy flow to an extent that back in the days my late father would give me analgin injection twice daily for relief cos no tablet would work on me. when he passed on, I had to find my own way of surviving menses. I came across Felvin & diclofenac, they worked but they are also blood thinners so they made me bleed even more. I also tried diclofenac suppository used it for a few years cos it gave a longer lasting relief until I read an article that said its bad for women ttc. Just as Sugah advised Panadol is best cos its gentle on the body & effective but the local ones won't do anything for you. Try Panadol ActiFast tablets made by GlaxoSmithKline U.K, that was what I took & had relief & its generally safer. In addition to sweet drinks avoid cold drinks too like for a week b4 menstruation. Also try water therapy: Take at least 50cl or 75cl of room temperature water 1st thing in the morning b4 brushing teeth & wait for abt 45min b4 eating anything. Try fertility Cleanse, you can get all the info here: http://natural-fertility-info.com/prepare-for-conception . For natural ways to deal with pain drink ginger & turmeric, boil ginger root in water when done pour into your cup & add tumeric powder. Turmeric works good for pains.

Speaking of clomid, I had a bad experience with Clomid after I took the ones prescribed by a doctor I ended up with ovarian cysts & it dried up my cervical mucus. Thank GOD after much prayers the last scan I did showed no cyst Bt I still need my CM back. I heard alot abt the wonders of FairHaven Fertile CM in bringing bck Cervical Mucus, I'll try it definitely. For PCOS try FairHaven Myo-inositol & Ovaboost they both work well to deal with PCOS. So many good reviews on their website, I've always known Myo-inositol is very good for PCOS coupled with the fact that I've tried FairHaven products they work real good, all made from natural ingredients. You can check this link for more info: http://m.fairhavenhealth.com/myo-inositol.html
I've seen alot online on the benefits of taking Vit B6, I'll give it a try too. But apart frm Vit B6 for progesterone one can also use Natural Progesterone cream ( without herbs & additional hormones) it works well too. After years of ttc I've come to a point where I want to try everything that made sense, hopefully GOD will answer my prayers through one or more.

Thanks Sis. You're right about Myo-Inositol / Inositol. I do have a vitamin combo containing Inositol although am currently off it. But I do know that it works for PCOS. I've even done a ref on it here in the past. As for clomid, I discussed the downsides with my Dr but he explained that it can be combined with other drugs to counteract the effects. My Clomid protocol comes with Dexa which if you read up online is a great combo for clomid. So also is M2tone, Vit B6 which helps in increasing CM, building progesterone, lengthen luteal phase which will make for a great lining. He also explained to me that Clomid still works with lots of success stories in the world & in his hospital otherwise it would've been phased out completely. I've also bought Preseed lubricant for CM all thanks to @ Redeemed. Clomid is usually the first Ovulation induction most Drs give at the first instance and then progress to try out Letrozole and others plus injectibles where these fails. The plan/protocol is small, effective and inexpensive before progressing to big, effective and expensive if needed

Cysts usually occur with Clomid but are mostly tiny functional cyst that will disappear on their own. Although some women do get over stimulated and get big painful cysts. My prayer is that it works well to help me get my bfp at first try. Sorry for your negative experience with Clomid. Praying you get your Bfp soon
