The best option would have been to see a doctor or even do a scan within that period, but since finance is tight right now,
It is well with you mama. Well I have never experienced such, but since it starts two weeks before af, why not take paracetamol, it may Not give you instant relief but over time it works. Or you can take other NSAIDs like ibuprofen. You may also want to try Feldene or felvin since you are not TTC now.

I have no experience on this but I concur with @ Sanrima on the Scan, Dr and Paracetamol. When you say you're not ttc due to finances and emotional stress,I take it to mean that you're not actively trying with drugs, OPKs etc but you're also not preventing but BDing and relaxing hoping that God surprises you with a miracle and it happens on its own. If that's correct, I'll suggest you go with just Paracetamol, increase your water intake during the day and make it room temperature water instead of cold water. Forget them Ibuprofen and Felvin as they're not good for ttc. Sorry you're going through this. Take care

Once you're no longer bleeding or spotting, you can start using the Guaifebao. Don't use after Ovulation. Fluid from the boobs means high Prolactin. It's good you're starting the Ewedu therapy. You should also eat some crunchy sweet Cabbage while you're at it to help.

Guifei bao can be used 3 days after af,remember to dip in warm water for like a minute before inserting.
