In the times past, our club has always had leaders who drove the team when the chips were down, that is not the case currently. When we had the likes of Adams, Keown the Petit, Vieira, Campbell, Silva, Lunjberg, Bergkamp, Henry, etc the team was filled with natural leaders who would move the team even when form was low. Later we had Fabregas, van Persie etc by then we had virtually lost all the leaders we in the team.

But team leaders are not made, they are born. If the team lacks leaders it is because we do not have them, and so we need to look for them elsewhere. That is what Wenger will not do- like you rightly mentioned he is stubborn.

Ozil is not a leader, same with Sanchez. The best natural leaders we have in my opinion are still very young and inexperienced. Wilshere is constantly plagued with injuries, Cazorla has been off the team for over six months now, Koschieny is ok but we need leaders who are rugged and dogged, big and strong, dirty and bad, rough and tough.

If Wenger can't sign them, let someone else do it for him. If he resigns, the better. We have had enough.
