My last three or four attempts to shop on Konga had been very disappointing. I got the wrong items delivered all the times. The last one, I ordered four IP CAMERAS, Konga delivered ANALOGUE CAMERAS. I have had better luck with Jumia.

That's understandable but you returned tem nah and why I like is because of there price, there stuffs is always cheaper

I ordered a leather pams from them and i got it in 5 days. I was also tracking my order online while it was been shipped from one location to the other here in Lagos. I also got mails from Konga telling me when it was shipped and up till when it arrived. and i also got a survey mail from them asking me if i enjoyed their service and calls too.

Konga is quite good for online shopping, one of the best we have in the country.

Konga is way better than jumia

And they are way expensive than jumia too
