My last three or four attempts to shop on Konga had been very disappointing. I got the wrong items delivered all the times. The last one, I ordered four IP CAMERAS, Konga delivered ANALOGUE CAMERAS. I have had better luck with Jumia.

That's understandable but you returned tem nah and why I like is because of there price, there stuffs is always cheaper

I ordered a leather pams from them and i got it in 5 days. I was also tracking my order online while it was been shipped from one location to the other here in Lagos. I also got mails from Konga telling me when it was shipped and up till when it arrived. and i also got a survey mail from them asking me if i enjoyed their service and calls too.cool
