Why is this man making fun of governance and Ekiti people?
Giving handouts to a few Ekiti people out of millions of it's citizens is a big slap on their individual and collective image as a people. I was expecting to see trailer loads of food items only to see two hilux trucks. What a laugh! Even T B Joshua as an individual feeds thousands more and with more quality food than this handouts.
Where I come from, it's believed that a man you give fish daily is one you want to remain in bandageand slavery . However, the one you want to be independent and self reliant, you TEACH how to fish .

Nigeria today, if you're crooked politician who wants the poor id*iots to support you blindly with their pathetic lives, drop them few bags rice, tins tomatoes and maybe few cash. They'll die for you!

- NOT by building a great economy to benefit the poor.
- NOT by creating jobs to benefit people.
- NOT by building paved roads in the in these poor communities.
- NOT by building new world standard schools to benefit the poor.
- NOT by making sure every poor child attends school for free.
- NOT by making sure there's stable electricity in poor communities by building solar power stations.
- NOT by building great infrastructures like free clinics to benefit the poor.
- NOT by providing stable water supply.
- NOT by providing business and entrepreneurship incentives to the poor to succeed.

The population of the poor in Nigeria is around 75% (while those living in abject poverty is 61-62%). That's 135 million people! Imagine what this population can do if they want to change Nigeria for good. They can kick out any bad government in Nigeria in few days, and they can kill off all corrupt politicians in just a day. They can created the needed Change in Nigeria if they fight together for a common cause.

Unfortunately, this same poor population is, actually, the main problem Nigeria has!
- They accept corruption as a norm.
- They sell their votes to corrupt politicians in exchange for bags of rice, tomatoes and small cash.
- They willfully assist corrupt politicians to perpetrate massive election rigging.
- They die for corrupt politicians during elections. Hardly you hear a rich person died during elections.
- The poor are mostly those who corrupt politicians employ as election thugs.
- They have amnesia. They vote for the same circle of corrupt politicians over and over again and somehow still expect a different outcome.
- Whenever the news of corruption breaks, they scream, "Nawa oo!" and do nothing about it.
- They praise corrupt politicians for bribing them.
- They can be paid to crowd any location or Court to protest an indictment of a corrupt politician.
And many more.

The poor population is the most corrupt in this country. They're the main reason there is an endemic corruption in Nigeria and they're also the reason why politicians loot our commonwealth with impunity. It's the responsibility of all suffering Nigerians, especially the poor, to do something about the sick and deranged state of this country. Change ONLY comes from the bottom up.
