Please I need help, I just got a ps4 that's been working fine till I downloaded the latest software update. Everything is all good till after a while of game play then the second pad suddenly stops working. It's happened on Fifa 16, mortal Kombat X so it's not the cd. Nothing responds except the ps button that takes everything back to the home page. I've tried all sorts, reset the pad, run in safe mode and done some troubleshooting, reset the game bla bla and all to no avail.

Please what can I do to resolve this. A colleague of mine is also experiencing the same thing so I'm sure it's not the game pad either. Please is there anyone else out there experiencing this? What can I do as its really getting disturbing, the game is barely 3 months old and already having issues.

guy ur a victim of a fake ps4 pad they are everywhere in 9ja Im sure its not the pad that came with the ps4 that is giving probs so what u have to do is jus deal with it or buy an original ps4 pad prices start at around 18k and up anything less is usually a fake. if u dont have the cash jus carry a toothpick wheneva u game so u can be chooking d reset button on the back of the pad

Wow... I guessed as much. I'm just wondering why it worked fine till the update. And I bought this one for 16k o! At Banex Plaza. Please anyone in the house know where I can get original controllers here in Abuja? Thanks.

My brother i don tire sef wit controller issue. But there's a site called sosogames.net go there they hv original stufs although I neva bought a controller frum dem only games an accessories they also do pay on delivery . But I myself will use amazon.com 2 get my nxt controller n headset so I can be assured of what am getting

@All, please I have been trying to register for PS Plus on my PS4 but I have not been able to, the problem is that the location on the game is UK and I can't seem to change it.
