If dey(NYSC) can use same procedure used in issuing it to last batch without POP,u dont av issue as ur certificate will b sent to ur state secretariat wic u can collect anytime..

hmmm, u re trying to abscond from your national service. what will happen? refer to ur Nysc rules and regulations on corpers missing from their PPA for more than 3 months. they re said to hv absconded and wil therefore refund every dime that has been paid to the corps member plus re -mobilization for new service yr.
