...and what Doctor confirmed that she "died on the spot?" Are you a Doctor...Nigerians and the way they pronounce people dead on a scene because the person has stopped moving and "looks" dead to them; rather than taking the person to the hospital. Only a Doctor can confirm if a person is dead or not!
