I was told to track sport24 at 9pm when it goes off air and truly I called my installer last night after the service went off we tracked it and got 100% signal quality but to my surprise this morning is saying no signal again

It seems satelite have different positions for day and night or what am I doing wrong ? Am using aphabox x4 with a 2.4 dish

mine is 52% at 9pm bt 60% at 3pm .l had dis experience b4 until I got perfect adjustment at good time.Now spt24 @ my end bcoms unshakeable signal.
