Sometimes in Novemer, 2014, i scheduled a flight for December 2014 from Abuja to Lagos for 2 seats with Discovery Air, but due to some reasons i had to cancel the trip, i later went to their office in Transcorp Abuja to open the ticket for another time. Now, its been more than a year that their license has been seized, Please i need somebody to guide me on how i can lay claim on the money i paid them, i still have the reservation ticket with me.

Since their licence has been revoked, are they still in business? Is their office still open?
After one year and a half, I would almost think your ability to claim back is almost nil.

here in abuja, their office in locked, there should a way i can reclaim the money through the regulatory agency

Mr godguy,I don't think you'll be able to claim your money especially since the license to operate has been revoked. My advice: forget the money and move on like you've been doing since 2014
