Actually that guy was right, Ghanaians speak better english than Nigerians, asides, some colleges do not require Ghanaians to submit toefl. We must admit this, our pronounciations are really terrible, i remember i once pronounced 'turf' as 'terf' and one compatriot laughed at me in public i felt a jolt run down me at that moment, he said why would i say 'terf' instead of 'toff'. i even felt i was wrong.

How I wish we can be exempted from that silly English test cause the English test registration are way too expensive for my liking.

I wanted to ignore this writeup,but it will be very wrong of me if I should do so...Those that are exempted from IELTS tests are those from UK,(England,Scotland,wales and Northern Ireland),republic of Ireland,US,Canada,Australia and Newzealand..Get Your facts right please.
