installing the drivers, i cant find the Wireless
Network icon (the icon with a monitor and ×

internet connection via mobile Wifi Hotspot.
I can only see the Local Area Connection icon (the

How do i resolve this?
PS: Before the system crashed, i usually connect it

You're sure that the system boots into Windows? The LEDs light up normally? The screen is totally blank and not actually dimmed?

If yes, then the display monitor might be faulty or the wiring broken. The easiest way to find out is to connect the laptop to an external monitor.

Take the laptop to a computer repair shop and ask them to check the LCD wires.
