Etisalat are becoming useless to themselves, as much as I love this network I would really hate to dump their sim I ve been using for years, I'm also facing same issues, most times I load 1k but it goes to waste...

Most times in a day 3k especially when making international call still I am being charged illegally. I would hate to keep calling their customer and shout at them, I would hate to cause trouble at their office.

But if they don't change from this evil way, they will end up back at the bottom where they started, when rise of dollar begin affect airtime ?? grin

Thanks for the response, enoch273. Even though I've not lost my cool with the Call Center Reps yet, but I'm being pushed to toll that line soon, because it's annoying while your hard earned money has to go to waste everyday, it's a rip off and I'm sure they dare not do that in their country.

I am also yet to lose my cool or go to their office, bit if I do, it won't be a funny scenario at all.

Thanks so much, this information was timely as I received call from their Customer Care Rep and it has been resolved so to speak.

Good to know you're still cool with them, maybe you should toll my line of action, cheers.

Good day, the action I took was simple, I called NCC on 622, thanks to YungMike. I spoke to their CCR and they forwarded my complaint to Etisalat on my behalf and all the issues has been resolved.
