In the ineffectual senate.

He can never get both Houses on simple constitutional ammendment.

Let him give it a go in the coming weeks and see how he begins to lose even the upper house.

I believe the administration would want an accelerated trial of all corruption cases. But what do you always say when indicted criminals keep obtaining court injunctions and appeals to stop the trial from commencing properly? "Rule of Law" I guess!

you hv moved from the original argument...question is, Why is saraki the only former governor on trial,your reply was...one thing at a time...and I asked...going by the laws of the land and being aware that injunctions n appeals can be sought for to delay and prolong trial,wouldnt it be foolhardy or rather isn't it foolhardy to stick to the one thing at a time ideology of yours if of course there's a genuine intention to subject other ccb submissions to scrutiny??

Saraki is not the only lawmaker under scrutiny by the ccb. His case has generated too much publicity due to the important position he currently occupies and the specific interests it serves especially to the PDP.

An APC federal lawmaker from my (Edo) state (very loyal one at that) suffered same fate and even worse (because he was actually detained) by the ccb. Any wonder why no one is talking about it?

Would never sell myself to take sides with any political position in this country even for a million dollars if that's how much you are being paid. Strong willed man my foot! So all these ones being persecuted were not singled out by a man being manipulated either by his cohorts or his innate desire to draw blood in revenge? Who is a fool not to admit that The main TIN the NU BOO of Bourdillon does not have the most powerful hand in Saraki's Case? So if you are corrupt, answered Yes Sir or most probably secured PMB's victory by means of stolen funds in the last general elections you are free to walk away like you do now? Nigeria had moved from bad to worse and you are the worst element.

Buhari will not achieve any thing unless he takes away Saraki from that senate by all means possible. PDP through there senators are using him to sabotage the government.
He had made that mistake by allowing Saraki to emerge as senate president. But he must do something to correct the mistake as soon as possible.

FGS, u intend abbrogating (away from the Presidency) the powers to appoint the chairman of the EFCC to the NJC as an Act, yet 'you' prefer that such office be occupied by (at least) a DIG who owes allegiance to the IG who in turn is an appointee of the Presidency...Logical Contradiction! Not funny really.
