A candid advice coming from sum1 dat aced through the interview and has already done medicals. Before u go putting on a suit and tie like a banker or Lawyer, first try using Google to know what Smart Casual or Business Casual is all about. I don't know why pple just like arguing about things they can easily research through the Internet.

It's not my first time going to interviews with business casual or smart casual dress code. I wore a suit and a simple shirt, of course without a tie and I saw they were impressed with my appearance the moment I stepped in. There were other guys that decked to the teeth at that Oshodi center on dat day, putting on shirt and tie, some even suiting up with tie and looking very corporate. The only guy putting on a tie dat made it among eleven of us dat day was wearing a multi coloured, casual shirt.

I can't say the tie or corporate dressing disqualified the rest, cos there are many factors that can disqualify a person in an interview, but I just don't think a suit and tie is appropriate if ur asked to dress Smart Casual or Business Casual. You can type in the dress codes on Google to av an idea of what they are talking about.

Well I doubt if you will be allowed into the staff bus to the Etisalat office on ur way going since you know no one but if you finish your buddy session on time with that particular shift, then am 100% certain you will be allowed to go with them (so says the person I buddied with). Just inform ur buddy partner and I am sure he/she will help u out, Mhizdiva how was ur buddy session.

Good afternoon all. Please now the recruitment is really tensed Etisalat can use any excuse to remove you the 1st people to start were given grace. If they say u should wear boxers or bra and pant please stick to the dressing don't give them a reason to disqualify you.

Well, I'm not very sure about what passes as business casual or smart casual for ladies. Just don't look too serious or corporate. I believe a simple coloured shirt (not plain white) and a knee level, well fitting skirt should do.

Yes ooo am done with both...did my night shift on Thursday night....still waiting for interview invite since o cos som of my mates hv seen deirs...buh am surre dey wld send it soon...hope u tru wit u buddy too
