Fault might probably come from the SIM itself... Is it the Sim 1 or Sim 2?? Maybe you should try different sims on that particular sim slot that's causing problems for you...

Also, Go to settings and check Sim Management to know whether the Phone is detecting the Sim in that Particular Sim Slot... Also make sure you toggle both sims to be active...

Dial *#*#4636#*#* from yo phone as if you want to make a call - Then Click on Phone Information - Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and you will see something like:....

0.0.0.0 Toggle DNS not allowed.....

Click on it to show ''Toggle DNS Allowed'''....


Then Restart your phone and test the 3G again... Hopefully, this should work...

That's Weird though.. Maybe you have to manage the 3G since it wont drain your battery much cuz of its Strength...

5hours but varies with voltage.

The problem I hav with my L5 is that I can't play downloaded videos especially those of high quality. With either d VLC player or the default video player it plays for a while and then hangs or doesn't play at all and reports an error. Pls help. Good phone though

I bought phone last week and when i insert my airtel on sim two and glo on sim one no network show, so i change the sim two thats airtel to 3g/2g and on the data, at once the network show but sim one didnt show, so change the sim one to 3g/2g and it show but sim two off, that means 2g is not working on my phone and if i on 3g on any sim the other one will off.

That's a strange case though... Have you tried turning on EDGE only.?? If that doesn't work, then its probably a fault from the Phone...

So long you have the receipt and/or Invoice, I would advise you take it back to the place you bought it or rather take it to a Tecno Center around you... They wont charge a dime and it will take atmost 2days for them to either resolve the issue or replace the phone with a new one....

NB: I hope you didnt tamper with the phone's software(IMEI)??...

If indeed you changed the IMEI, Use the same process and change it back to the normal IMEI that can be seen at the back of the phone when you open it... Useful because they will check if you have tampered with the IMEI stuff and that will cost extra charges....

That might be the cause of the Conflicts.. The IMEI must be different from each other... Endeavor to change em to their default values(The ones they came with) or rather create different IMEI's for both of em..
