competiive? i dont understand what you mean by that! i ve no idea of what lands cost in ogun, but have it in mind that there is no universal static price for land, however, land price varies by virtue of its geography and some other things... as for the characteistics and all that, i suggest u come ur self if u are intested and find out, its good for farming also, if u wish to set up a factory or anything it can still serve, we ve some persons setting up rice mll and palm kernel cracking mill, in addition it is no far away from express as this is a common factor one would consider b4 seting up an investment..i
